On 4 November 2026, the 4S Business Summit in Rotterdam will bring together commodity traders, cargo owners, ports, transport operators and financial, insurance and legal professionals working across the North Sea, Baltic Sea, Black Sea and Caspian Sea regions.

Discussions will explore changing commodity flows, energy and liquid cargo markets, alternative transport connections, and the financing, insurance and contractual conditions needed to make new supply chains commercially viable.

The energy-related discussions of the Summit will focus on:

• changing biofuel and liquid-cargo flows;

• bunkering and marine-fuel supply chains;

• energy and transport connectivity involving Ukraine, the Black Sea, the Caucasus and Central Asia;

• infrastructure, investment and commercial conditions required for reliable new routes;

• the role of European businesses and institutions in regional energy security and transition.

The Executive Round Table “Connecting 4 Seas” will focus on practical business challenges and opportunities for cooperation between Europe, Ukraine, the Caucasus and Central Asia.

Brussels Energy Club (BREC) is supporting the Summit as an information partner.
