Ivan Gudkov

Dr Ivan Gudkov is presently the Deputy Head of Division, Legal Department, OJSC Gazprom, Moscow. During the past years, he has been an active participant in the processes and institutions of the EU-Russia Energy Dialogue, including its high-level sub-institutions such as the Gas Advisory Council, a consultative platform established by the European Commission and the Russian Energy Ministry. Dr Gudkov is a frequent speaker at international energy conferences and other fora, and is widely published in the sphere of EU-Russia energy regulation-related subject matter. He is likewise an Associate Professor at Moscow State University of International Affairs, more widely known inside Russia by its acronym: MGIMO.
