Anatoly Zolotukhin

Professor Anatoly Zolotukhin is the Counsellor and the Scientific Director of the Institute for Arctic Petroleum Technologies at the Gubkin Russian State University (National Research University) of Oil and Gas. Since 2008 he is the Vice President of the World Petroleum Council. In 2016, after 25 years of service for the University of Stavanger, Anatoly has been appointed as Professor Emeritus of the University. He also holds honorary degrees from Murmansk State Technical University and The Northern Arctic Federal University (Arkhangelsk). Since 2014 Professor Zolotukhin is appointed as Chaired professor of Drilling, Reservoir and Production Engineering at the Northern Arctic Federal University.

Dr. Zolotukhin is a member of the following academies: Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, International Eurasian Academy, International Academy of Technology, Norwegian Scientific Academy of Polar Research.

SPE Distinguished Lecturer 2013-2014.Professor Zolotukhin delivers lectures in universities and companies in the United States, Europe, Asia-Pacific region and the Commonwealth of Independent States. Dr. Zolotukhin is the author of more than 150 works, among them several monographs and textbooks.
