Alan Riley

Professor Riley, of the City University Law School of London, has written extensively on energy markets, energy liberalisation, energy litigation, as well as in the field of antitrust law. He has advised several EU governments on energy security and regulatory matters, as well as the Foreign Affairs Committee of the European Parliament, the UK Ministry of Defence and the Foreign Office.
